I assume you came in tonight, because I asked the crew what this large pepperoni, extra cheese pizza was doing. One of them told me they thought it was swapped for another pizza. Not good, I know.
So, I can't fix anything I don't know about, so I am very glad to hear from you. Whether you are a first time customer or an original, the service and the food should be outstanding. Obviously, we have fallen down a few times, for this I am very sorry.
Sure, orders do get lost and mistakes do happen, but to happen to the same person kinda sucks. It seems we owe you some good service and some good food. Why don't you let me know when you want to come in next for a meal and I'll make sure you get taken care of appropriately. Call the shop and place your order. Then tell them to track me down. Give them your name and phone number, and if I am not there, I will call you back to confirm the order.
We'll get it right. Tonight was a really crazy night. Unfortunately, you were not the only person that got hosed. Please accept my sincere apologies and we will make it right with you.
